A conservation box is a good archival way to store magazines, pamphlets, or other lose pages. It is also a good option if you decide not to repair a book but would like to give it some protection.
In the case of magazines, customers often ask how best to save them. Binding them together is certainly an option; however, this requires cutting the spines. My preference is to keep items in their original condition if possible. I like the clamshell box as an archival choice. It has the advantage of keeping the items in original condition, while still offering protection.
Then there are the memory boxes.
